Quiz Me

Quiz Me writes a practice test from a topic name, a chapter or your own notes. Questions come in a mix of formats: multiple choice, short answer, true or false with a 'why', and a few that ask you to apply the idea rather than recall it. Answers are hidden until you commit. Every answer, right or wrong, comes with an explanation, and the wrong options in multiple-choice questions are explained too, because knowing why the distractor is wrong is often the real learning. The quiz ends with a short note on which subtopics you missed most so you know where to go next.

Give it the same material your teacher will test from, and say what kind of test you are preparing for, since a multiple-choice final and a short-answer quiz need different practice. Pick the number of questions to fit the time you have. Write your answers down before revealing anything, then read every explanation, including the ones you got right, because a right answer for the wrong reason will not survive the exam. Ask for a second quiz that concentrates on what you missed; that is where the improvement is, and it takes a single follow-up.
