Science Problem Solver works calculation problems the way a good lab tutor would: it identifies what is given and what is asked, chooses the principle or formula and says why that one applies, converts units before anything else, and carries the units through every line so that the final answer comes out with the right ones. Physics mechanics, circuits and waves, chemistry stoichiometry, gas laws and equilibrium, and biology genetics ratios and population calculations are all covered. Each answer ends with a check on whether the size and sign of the result make physical sense, which catches a surprising number of slips.
Include every given value with its unit, any constants your course uses (for example g = 9.8 or 10 m/s²), and the exact question, since 'find the net force' and 'find the acceleration' need different last steps. Photograph diagrams, free-body sketches and circuit drawings. Read the formula-choice step closely: knowing why a formula applies is what lets you pick the right one in an exam. Ask a follow-up if a unit conversion is unfamiliar. Then try the practice problems with the answers hidden, and paste your attempt into Check My Work if the numbers do not match.
Purely conceptual questions like 'why does entropy increase' belong in Explain a Concept, and if you cannot see how to start, Give Me a Hint will name the principle without working the numbers. Pure algebra with no units belongs in Step-by-Step Solution. Different textbooks round constants differently and some courses use significant-figure rules strictly, so if your answer differs in the last digit, check which constant values and rounding conventions your course uses before assuming a mistake.
